I just want to thank you again for another successful ITIL class. As I have mentioned to you before, my experiences with the other company, although brief, were not nearly as pleasant as they have been while working with you and Stephanie and New Horizons. Both of you have helped to make my job so much more enjoyable.
When I was trying to figure out what ITIL was all about, having taken over the responsibility of setting up these classes from someone else and not understanding what ITIL was, the representatives at the other company were not very helpful at all. In addition to their pricing being higher than New Horizons, their "pass" rate being lower than New Horizons, and their structure being unreasonably rigid, they were borderline rude and condescending while working with me. Your responses to my "millions of questions" have been patient, timely, clear, and very helpful. In addition, our "pass/fail rate" has been much higher with you as our "instructor of choice!"
Truly, it has been a very enjoyable experience for us to have you here for each of these classes. I'm glad we made the decision to switch from the other company to New Horizons.
